By utilizing very fine wires woven in plain weave, a high number of pores per unit area is achieved. This allows a very high throughput rate with small pore sizes. The High Flow Filter Weave is surface filter, which means the smallest pore is determined by the distance between the weft wires and not by the pores within the three dimensional filter weave. Cleaning, back-flushing and strength are similar to the Single Plain Dutch Weave. As a rule, it used for filtration jobs that require high throughput rates with low filter medium contamination levels.
Properties :
High flow-through with small pore sizes
Easy cleaning and good flushability
Very tight pore size distribution
Areas of application (industries)
For the filtration of air with large flowrates and minimal contamination ;
For use as absolute filters in lubrication circuits and fuel system
